Kelly Tzelepis

Kelly spent the first part of her career with leading brands from food giant, Brakes to global pioneer, Avon where she supported some of their most senior global execs and their teams who were leading innovation in supply chain and entry into new and emerging markets.

Her move to JD&Co was her first step into the world of Executive Search and she has never looked back, quickly falling in love with the fast-paced world of tech and high growth startups. The last 9 years have been spent partnering with some of the most exciting brands in our ecosystem, working with game-changing founders to hire CSuite and Board roles across a broad spectrum of functions, but with a passion and focus on people, product and operational leadership roles. With a personal love for all things food, health and wellness, working with disruptors in that space has been particularly enjoyable.

Married with two beautiful boys and a lively cocker spaniel that is essentially a third child, outside of work Kelly has her hands full but can often be found exploring new restaurants, travelling to sunnier climates and always working to improve her 5km PB!!
