The Role

We’re looking to hire a Talent Partner to join our team, to work across our Executive Search and Advisory functions, specialising in Tech and Product searches. Working alongside the funders, founders and leadership teams of some of the best tech fuelled disruptive brands in the world, you’ll be helping them deliver against their growth
ambitions.

No sales and no targets: just focusing on the management of valued client partnerships and the core craft of being able to identify and secure outstanding leadership and Board-level talent.

All our new business comes through referrals and recommendations (and there are plenty to go around). We’ve spent years nurturing these relationships, and through our true care and commitment to our clients we have consistently been recommended for (and rewarded with) exclusive, high-value projects. We know that resilient, brave leadership teams enable businesses to be bold and succeed in the ‘new norm’. You’ll own a number of exclusive projects across high-profile, early-stage start-ups and scale-ups and more established brands that have sought to retain our services.

We’re lean and work at pace – just like our clients. We’re not reliant on huge support teams and pools of assistants to get things done. We roll up our sleeves, we’re proactive and creative. Location: Our office is in Ascot but this role can be done on either a hybrid or remote basis, depending upon the candidate.
