Following a fantastic 2019, we’re now expanding the team further and are in need of a talented and energetic part-time Social Media Manager to join us to help make 2020 even more amazing. With an impressive network of followers on LinkedIn (over 26k and counting!) plus other social channels, this savvy social expert will work directly with our CEO to take responsibility for this ever increasing global social footprint and help to grow our brand within the tech & digital community in Europe, US and APAC. Our consultancy delivery hub, located just next to the racecourse in leafy Ascot, is a happy hive of activity all year round with the majority of our work currently coming through healthy referrals but we know that we can do so much more.

You will get to lead and execute the social media strategy, be responsible for nurturing and growing a highly engaged community of tech disruptors and champion the power of social to help grow our business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage our social accounts and help shape ground-breaking strategies for building our social media community across all relevant platforms
• Develop and launch exciting social campaigns
• Consult on internal group social campaigns or events with the team
• Champion social media by socialising the business, acting as the social expert and advocate internally to drive greater social uptake and input
• Devise and implement an overarching content strategy
• Drive innovation and explore all new social media opportunities
• Remain ahead of social media trends, including attending relevant conferences
• Budget management and planning

Something About You:

• Proven track record of developing and executing social media strategies for a successful small business
• Impeccable presentation, copywriting & writing skills
• Knowing what makes people tick
• An avid user of diverse social media and new technologies platforms
• Highly creative thinker and innovator
• Extremely well organised, efficient with a good dose of common sense, humour and initiative
• Confidence in taking calculated risks, testing out new platforms and choosing which ones we should be on
• Be an internal champion for social and share ideas with the wider team
