The Role

Working alongside the funders, founders and leadership teams of some of the best brands in Digital and Technology, we are looking to hire an Account Manager/Consultant to join our team in Ascot in Berkshire, with occasional travel to London when required to work across both our Talent/Executive Search and Advisory functions

This role is 100% delivery with no sales and targets at all, focusing on the management of key accounts and the craft of research and attraction of outstanding leadership talent. All of our new business and accounts, come through referrals and recommendations (and there are plenty to go around). We’ve spent years nurturing these relationships and only from true care and commitment to our clients have we consistently been rewarded and recommended, exclusive, high value business.

You’ll be given a number of exclusive accounts across high-profile, early stage start-ups and also more established brands that have sought to retain our services. It’s straight in at the deep end but don’t worry, due to our structure and culture, everyone works in teams and are well supported by our fantastic project managers who, with your guidance, will look after all your admin and diary management so you can do what you do best – nurturing, coaching and developing Client and Candidates alike to know which partnerships are going to make the biggest impact in our ecosystem.
