Be part of something special. We’re looking for an awesome Brand & Marcomms whizz to join this scaling, DTC consumer tech start-up with impressive investor backing. As the Head of Brand & Marcomms, you’ll be reporting into the Chief Growth Officer as well as working in close partnership with the Head of Creative & Content together making a huge impact on this brand-led business.

Playing an integral part leveraging Brand as the business grows, you will deliver a range of outstanding, multi-channel campaigns to lead the successful expansion and responsible for leading a team of PR, Social, Content Marketing and Brand Insight specialists, looking after owned and earned media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Measurement – Implementing a structured approach from scratch across reach, impact & sentiment
  • Organic Social – setting the strategy & comms plan
  • Comms Planning – Crafting themes and messaging for the business to unite around as well as creating and executing successful brand campaigns
  • PR – managing inbound reactive and outbound campaign pushes, driving awareness for the business
  • Mobilise the community – working with the Creative & Editorial team to amplify ideas, creating campaigns that spark conversations
  • Strategy – Help the business to level up their brand strategy, take a bold stance on the issues they care about and define how this should impact tone of voice
  • Brand Partnerships – Own and review opportunities for the business, decipher strategy for large-scale strategic partnerships.

About you:

  • A kind and caring person who can leave your ego at the door and are driven by tech for good
  • Extensive experience in Brand & Comms Marketing in the ecommerce/online/digital/tech space – Subscription experience is a bonus!
  • A gifted story teller, passionate about building a brand that people love
  • Can communicate naturally, clearly and without jargon
  • An inspiring leader with proven experience in coaching and developing a team
  • A Player/Coach, not afraid of getting your hands dirty by getting involved in the day to day
