This leading challenger Fintech brand has launched an exclusive search for an interim VP Marketing to head up the brand’s Marketing function for the UK and Ireland.
With a mission to help change the lives of millions globally by providing innovative and transparent products for consumers, you will lead high performing teams across Customer Acquisition, CRM, Customer Experience, Brand Development and Consumer Insights, all who have an autonomous and entrepreneurial style.
As a senior member of the Global Exec, you will be accountable for concept strategy and overseeing the execution, helping the business to drive revenue, data insights and performance as well as end-to-end customer experience resulting in commercial success.
Reporting into a well respected and forward thinking, CEO this will be a key hire for the business where you will be given full autonomy across your remit and a strong leadership team to collaborate with for support.
Day to day responsibilities include:
Partnering with the Global Exec to support the Acquisition, Retention, Brand and Insights strategies across the global business, to develop ROI, customer engagement & loyalty, data insight programs that result in commercial success
Owning the identification and execution of Partnership Marketing opportunities to help drive profit
Being an Insights & Innovation expert, continually identifying new customer trends to ensure the business stays agile and pivots in line with future product initiatives
Continually building and shaping a high performing, world-class Marketing team by attracting, hiring, training and motivating the best talent and setting leadership direction to inspire and nurture a collaborative and customer-oriented team
Background and experience:
Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier University
Proven record successfully leading the Marketing strategies across all functions for large subscriber bases within digital first, financial, consumer businesses
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to a global, senior audience on Customer Insights and Strategy
Highly analytical and comfortable with performance channels, data system integration strategy, ESP’s, Omni-channel marketing, online commerce and content marketing skills
Proficient at managing budgets, projects and using complex analytics
Highly commercial mindset with the ability to see a helicopter view
Experience hiring and coaching key talent within your team, installing a Marketing- centric culture. This extends to external relationships too, with key Agency partners and suppliers
