Well Hello there. Oh, you look nice. We hope you like us; we’re basically a team of people loving geeks. Yep. We did the Rubik’s Cube in one go as a kid, challenged our teachers on everything, had that Nokia 5110 and just knew Apple was around the corner. Phew. Here is a little personal insight into our much-loved brilliant team:
My success: Standing and speaking in front of 100s of people in a Model United Nations conference in Canada even though I hate being in the spotlight!
My Escape: Hiking in new places! I love to be outside and going on adventures. Best place I have hiked at so far is in Greece where I even participated in white water rafting.
My things: My collection of polaroids that capture great memories with family and friends
Fun Fact: I am absolutely terrified of bees, wasps and hornets! Sometimes, especially during spring time, I walk on the road because there are just too many trees and bushes close to the pavement…meaning the chances of any 3 of the insects stinging me increases
My Success: Completing three 10km runs in the last 2 years even though I used to refuse to run for a train
My Escape: Diving into a Netflix binge-watch session (Breaking Bad and Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt are two of my absolute favourites)
My Things: Friends – I love to have a packed social calendar including a lot of weekend brunch catch-ups
Fun Fact: I once dressed in a pea costume for a week of campaigning at my university student’s union
My Success: Junking outdated recruitment practises, founding and growing two businesses, finding and hiring the best tech-space talent, working with game-changing and cool founders, and liberating my inner geek with some of the latest technology.
My Escape: I love what I do too much to escape, but my last trip to India was inspiring and I came back a yogi. Weekends normally involve family, food and the great outdoors.
My Stuff: Did someone say “Apple”? I’m a one-woman walking office: a charger for every occasion, trainers for getting around town and a spare pair of heels. Ample supply of coconut water.
Fun Fact: I’m an awesome tap dancer. I can roll my tongue. Back in the day I was a proud owner of an Atari and Sony Walkman TPS-L2.
My Success: Order, lists, and delivering happiness.
My Escape: Hawaii, for sure. It’s the mix of peace and the tranquillity of paradise with mini America. Next stop, Vietnam!
My Stuff: It’s got to be my iWatch. My new gadge’ has quickly become my ‘must-wear’ item. Plus any fashion, gossip, geek, and tech vessel, and social networking is all right up my street
Fun Fact: I once threw myself out of a plane from 15000 feet. And I can touch my nose with my tongue.
My Success: Starting my first business at 26.
My Escape: Spending time with Apollo. But who is Apollo?
My Things: My phone, a notebook, a bottle of water, and a good lip gloss.
Fun Fact: I can wiggle my ears.
My Success: Being continuously positive and looking for the ‘silver lining’ in any situation, I’m all about good vibes and paying it forward.
My Escape: I’m at my happiest soaking up the sun and atmosphere on a Balearic island, listening to Laidback Luke, Eric Prydz, Fedde La Grand and Hot Since 82 to name a few.
My Things: I’m more into experiences than things – Anything from checking out a quirky new pop up food festival in London, off road Segway trip in the forest, cultural City breaks away to dune boarding in Dubai! You’re here for a good time, not a long time.
Fun Fact: I qualified and competed top 10 in my age category for the UK, European and World Championships in obstacle course racing (OCR) #ToughMudder
My Success: Being efficient does it for me. Getting the job done and done right.
My Escape: Spending my honeymoon on the beautiful island of the Seychelles was heaven on earth. Sun, sea, and serenity makes me happy!
My Things: iPad, iPhone, iwatch…iLove! Gadgets aside, my two little boys are my true love and they make me proud to be their mummy every single day.
Fun Fact: I’ve dined in a 7-star restaurant under the Persian Gulf, transported there by none other than a submarine!
My Success: I am a qualified gymnastics coach, I survived my degree and I managed to begin my career within an exciting, dynamic company.
My Escape: Sunset on Santorini Island, Greece. The most beautiful place in the world!
My Things: I am a lipstick hoarder, Netflix enthusiast and chocolate addict.
Fun Fact: I know everything about sixteenth century British monarchy. History geek right here.
My Success: Reaching my goal of achieving a First in my degree. Attending one of the prettiest campuses was a pretty good perk too.
My Escape: I love travelling so that’s a difficult one. Anywhere with breath-taking views – the dramatic coastline in South Africa and the Rocky Mountains in Canada are a couple of my favourites!
My Stuff: My photos. Whenever I get a spare moment you will find me reminiscing through my thousands of photos. Epic experiences make memorable photos.
Fun Fact: I played tennis on the court next to Andy Murray – claim to fame right there
My Success: Leaving the rat race and freelancing has meant I’m less stressed and have more time for the important people in my life
My Escape: Weekends at our Southampton retreat
My Things: Massive movie fan with over 1500 films in my collection
Fun Fact: I can drive a Steam Train, and have done on the Main Line – and it’s how I met my partner having shovelled five tons of coal
